Duties & Responsibilities of Customer Care Executive(10:00 am to 6:30 pm)

He/she is required to call the prospective parties as per “Graphical presentation chart” on phone from the lead provided by the Business Development Manager of the area and maintained the record in these four sheets

  1. Calling sheet
  2. Follow up sheet
  3. Interested parties sheet and
  4. Matured parties sheet and update in “Daily calling report”
  5. as per specimen given below, which should be forwarded with sheets to his/her Business Development Manager at the end of the day.

    Following are the Guidelines:-
    • He/she is required to take 25 nos. from leads in one lot provided by the Business Development Manager and feed their details in the sheets as specified in column number 1 to 3 in one lot and save their numbers in his/her mobile and make call one by one and update the discussions in the calling sheet in column no. 5 with time of calling and duration of call and next follow up date in column no. 4 after completion of each call.
    • He/she is required to send his/her call on whatsapp group as allotted.
    • Calling work must continue till 02:00 PM.
    • The lunch time will be for half an hour and start working again till 06:00 PM
    • Another lot should start after completion of previous one.
    • He/she must send website link to the promised parties via whatsapp or mail.
    • He/she will prepare the daily working report and send after freezing the previous dates in report on daily basis.
