Duties & Responsibilities of Business Development Executive(10:00 am to 6:30 pm)

He/she is required to call the parties forwarded by the Customer Care Executive as per “Graphical presentation chart” on phone and maintained the record in these three sheets i.e. i) Follow up sheet, ii) Interested parties sheet and iii) Matured parties sheet and update in “Daily calling report”, as per specimen given below, which should be forwarded with sheets to his/her ZM/BA at the end of the day.

BDE will also perform the duties of processing officer of his jurisdiction.

Following are the Guidelines:-

  1. He/she is required to contact the interested clients referred by CCE/B.E. on priority basis and try to convert them into matured parties by giving them proper information and guidance. He/she also need to contact those parties who were interested but till not matured for some reasons. Try to understand their needs to satisfy them and convinced them by giving them proper information.
  2. He will help the client that how to apply online or offline & how to fill the application form, if required.
  3. He will also guide the client him properly for required documents.
  4. He will make conference calls with senior/business head, if required in any special case.
  5. He should keep in regular touch with each interested client and take prompt action and send the promised required information to the client, if any, on wp or email as per guidelines and maintain the record properly.
  6. After having the confirmation that the client is ready to send the application and the processing fees, guide him to submit fees at website or provide him/her the proper bank details and allotted mail id on wp or email or send the corporate office address if he/she wants to send it by speed post/courier or visit to office.
  7. After having the confirmation that, the application with processing fees has been sent by the client and the fees is received by the A/c department, he/she will verify all the required documents as per the case may be. Inform the client for pending documents if any in proper proforma. After receiving all the documents properly, for further steps he/she will process the same to BDM/ Processing officer.
  8. Daily Activity report must send to the Marketing controller positively at the end of each day maximum by next day before joining the duty.
