Valid licenses/ratings/registration of the company & its associate’s concerns
The below licenses were issued by Chief Controller of Explosive, Nagpur and are being renewed regularly. It can be renewed maximum for three years for plants under SMPV rules and for ten years of godown one time & from zonal office also. The explosive department’s officers visit our plants and godown from time to time to check the premises being maintained & cylinders filled as per SMPV/GCR rules. Our plants are being maintained by the supervisor/plant in-charge deputed by the company.
The ratings are required to be renewed every year as per guidelines issued by the Ministry of Petroleum, Govt. of India vide gazette notification of 1995.
