Duties & Responsibilities of Business Executive(10:00 am to 6:30 pm)
He/she is required to call the parties forwarded by the Customer Care Executive as per “Graphical presentation chart” on phone and maintained the record in these three sheets i.e.
i) Follow up sheet,
ii) Interested parties sheet and
iii) Matured parties sheet and update in “Daily calling report”, as per specimen given below, which should be forwarded with sheets to his/her Processing Officer at the end of the day.

Following are the Guidelines:-
- Calling work should be continue till 2:00 p.m.
- Lunch time will be half an hour and start working till 6: 00 p.m. and complete his/her report.
- He/she is required to call the follow up parties those are referred by the CCE.
- He/she should give all the required information as per client’s need from the website & try to create their interest in the business as per training given to him/her.
- The record should be updated in the sheet properly as per the status.
- Recording of each connected call must sent on wp group as allotted
- He / she must send the required details to the promised parties via whatsapp or mail, if any.
- If any client become ready to apply, then transfer the case to the processing officer for further steps.
- Daily Activity report must send to the processing officer positively at the end of each day.
