1. A new connection brings regular refills sales. Every customer is thus a permanent customer giving recurring business. Provide timely refills to earn consumer goodwill. Get help to satisfy customers to introduce new customers to your fold for regular growth of business.

BASIC REQUIREMENT FOR EFFICIENT REFILL SERVICE:

  1. Ensure adequate stocks of all varieties.
  2. Book refill on SMS/Whatsapp/Telephone etc. at the choice of customer or confirm orders on phone as mention in his Application Form and send at his convenient time as noted in his history card. Refer literature on tele marketing (PL-37) at Duties & Responsibilities of sales clerk.

STEPS FOR SALE OF REFILL GAS TO THE CUSTOMERS:

  1. On receipt of Order for Refill:
  • Prepare Cash bill in duplicat & mention delivery time of consumer request in his Application Form.
  • Collect payment, if consumer or his representative has come to your shop for placing order otherwise send bill through delivery boy for getting payment..
  • Enter refill sale in Customer History Card.
  • Instruct Delivery boy to carry refill cylinder to the place of the customer at his convenient time and bring back empty cylinder.

WHAT DELIVERY BOY SHOULD DO:

  1. On Getting Instructions:
  • Visit place of the Consumer at the time, if mention on cash bill with refill Cylinder.
  • Deliver Cylinder or fix to the stove. if required by consumer after collecting payment & tendering Bill.
  • After fixing, conduct leak-proof test.
  • Attend any other maintenance service, if requested by Consumer & take his signature on the duplicate copy of bill.
  • Ask the consumer for Pass Book and fill in date of order & Refill delivery particulars therein.
  • Collect empty cylinder.
  • Return to Godown/shop and handover empty cylinder with duplicate copy of bill & cash if collected & check in his presence that sales clerk has entered in cash book.
  • Update  his stock register accounting refill sales.
