Guidelines for all staff to procure stationary, files & maintenance of record etc.

The employee will put requisition of item require to office assistant, who will issue the required item and every employee will keep the report of same.

Similarly while any letter marked to him/her for action, he/she will note down in his register with diary number and send the requirement of file to which the letter, under reference, relates to office assistant. Office assistant will issue the file against the acknowledgment and after disposal of letter he/she will return the file to the office assistant after taking acknowledgment for the same.

All the staff should maintain their yearly dairy, in which they are required to maintain the all the records, from the receipt of the letter/document and till its disposal. Maintenance of proper record will be useful in submitting the pending work with the certificate required for release of salary.
