I have constructed the godown as per approved drawings and structural stability certificate along with other documents enclosed with D.D. No__________dated__________drawn on_______________________________in favour of Joint Chief Controller of Explosive, as License fee for godown for 5/10 years. I am also depositing amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) only as consultant charges to be paid to consultant for issue of License for Godown from Explosive Deptt. Further, I assure that I will arrange the vehicle to the consultant for inspection of site by the officer of Explosive Deptt. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of NOC and issue receipt for the amount paid.
