Dear Sir,
Please refer to your application dated ___________ for Dealership/Distributorship/ Retailership of the above area for marketing and sale of products under ‘Premier Gas’ on the terms and conditions of the company. The Management of the company has agreed to issue this letter of Intent on the following terms and conditions-
- That you will submit the drawings along with other documents to the CCOE Office for approval of LPG Godown within one month from the date of issue of this LOI and get approval within one month of the same.
- That after getting the approval, you will apply for Local NOC for construction and obtain License for the Godown. You will have a maximum period of 06 months from the date of issue of this LOI for obtaining License from the CCOE office.
- This letter is being issued for the purposes of applying of licenses / NOC from Local Panchayat, GST Registration etc. only
- That you will not be allowed to book connections or any of the products of the company or collect money on any grounds on behalf of the company and shall not misuse it under any different manner.
- After completing all formalities, please visit office alongwith Stamp Paper of Rs 100/- purchased from Delhi in the name of company with Rubber stamp of your firm for Dealership to execute the Agreement for Dealership. After execution of Agreement, you will be given an Appointment letter for Dealership alongwith agreement and other requisite documents required to run the business.
