Step by Step Action by Associate as Business Consultant & Company
- The person should study the proposal carefully & understand all the columns i.e. list of documents to be submitted and investment required for the business etc. If any other information required, without hesitating, he should clear from company on phone or if possible by personal visit. Interested applicant should fill up application form completing all columns. He should keep one copy of application form & documents with him for his record. He should ensure that he has attached the complete documents as per details in annexure-XIII with the Application Form. He should also ensure that all information in the form is correct because his association-ship will be granted on the documents/ information submitted by him. In case of false statement, his association-ship will be cancelled and security deposit will be forfeited.
- Submit the application form along with forwarding letter (D-41) to company with processing fee of ₹1100/- (Rupees one thousand one hundred) only (non-refundable) in the following manner: -
- Online payment from website or by transfer/deposit by D.D./cheque/pay order in company account or
- Make the payment except cash to the authorized person against the provisional receipt of the company who will deposit the payment in company account.
- After receiving the online payment on website or by transfer/deposit in company account by D.D./cheque A/c payee payable at Delhi/New Delhi clearing, the company will take following action:-
- The Sales Officer (Accounts) will issue the receipt of payment and send original copy to applicant by courier with forwarding letter (D-3) and 2nd copy to Processing Officer for information to process the application of the applicant. In case, payment received by cheque, he should wait for realization of the cheque.
- The authorized person will submit the 2nd copy of Provisional receipt to Sales Officer (Accounts) who will issue the original receipt to the party after receiving the payment in account and follow the system mentioned above.
- On receipt of 2nd copy of the payment, the Processing Officer will check application form duly filled by him. In case of discrepancy send mail to the applicant (D-54) for rectification of defects. After rectification or if found ok, open new file.
- The applicant should be called for personal interview or on zoom with the competent authority.
- Incomplete forms liable to be rejected at the sole discretion of company.
- After final selection, he should deposit amount of ₹ 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lac) only for the appointment as business consultant and he should complete other formalities prescribed by the company & execute agreement to get the authority letter for selection of the persons interested for association-ship in any level in accordance with the terms & conditions of the company for any part of the country for unrepresented areas.
- On receipt of payment, the company will issue the receipt of the amount received & inform the consultant to visit office for execution of agreement (D- 50) on ₹ 100/- (Rupees one hundred) only stamp paper and verification of documents as well as complete the formalities. After successful verification, issue appointment letter as business consultant with authority letter (D-43) (D-13) to the applicant.
- On the receipt of the appointment letter from the company, he can start working in India to introduce the persons as associates on the terms & conditions prescribed by the company & promote our business by sale of company products through them. His projected return per annum will depend on the business volume that he brings to the company which should be more than the expectation or mutually agreed terms between him & company. He should keep in mind that he/she has to work with concentration by following the guidelines, for all categories to be introduced by him & they should work successfully, mentioned at our website under “Business” below the ‘Operations’ navigation so that he can earn lot of money.
