Please depute your consultant to provide us help in survey the market & getting other information required to fill the Application Form for Associationship. In this connection, we are sending Rs.3000/-(Rupees Three Thousand only) as advance by RTGS with the promise to pay balance amount as settled Rs. 3000/- remuneration+ charges of return journey of AC-III Tier. We further confirmed that we will make arrangement for the stay of representative of the Consultant in the city, when the date of visit is intimated to us. An early action in the matter is required.
