Summary of terms for Dealer (Auto LPG ) COCO
Eligibility criteria	Person aged minimum 18 years.
Franchisee Fee	50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) only one time payable with 1st order(Non Refundable)
Infrastructure	Minimum 500 sq. mtr. land (20 mtr. x 25 mtr.) on main road in the city with boundary wall & Office on ALDS.
Security deposit	Rs. 5 Lac refundable with 8% simple interest per annum at the time of maturity.
Terms	Minimum 10 years or more extendable with mutual consent.
Jurisdiction/area	5 Km. radius
Statutory requirement	No objection certificate from District Magistrate and change of land use. Other requirement will be done by the authorized person to run the ALDS or by the company as the case may be
Rates of Auto LPG	Changed as per international market every month on the pattern of government oil company
Procurement	Stock will be handled by the authorized person or company.
Supply	Dispense in the registered vehicle only
Maintenance of stock	Stock for 3day’s supply by the authorized person or company.
Responsibility	Nil
Return on investment	Margin Rs 2.00 Per ltrOr fixed rent 4 to 5% of the market value with security from the company as per mutual consent
Publicity	As per company policy
Submission of report/returns	Nil
Surrender of association-ship	3 months’ notice in writing before completion of lease period
Arbitration clause	In case, any dispute arises between the parties, it will be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by managing director of the company and jurisdiction will be Delhi only.
Miscellaneous provisions	The acceptance or rejection of the application is at the sole discretion of the company. The company reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any/all clauses without any notice. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Delhi courts only. All terms and conditions have been framed in English language and translation options are for understanding purposes and facilitate the visitors only. In case any difference is found in translation, English version shall be final and binding. These are general terms and conditions; the contract/agreement executed between the parties after negotiations shall be final and have an overriding effect on these general terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be changed, altered, modified depending upon the change in governing rules and regulations issued by the Government of India from time to time.
