Eligibility criteria Person aged minimum 18 years, educated, having good reputation in the market.
Financial Requirement 80 lacs (`Eighty lacs) only.
Security deposit Rs. 5 Lac refundable with 8% simple interest per annum at the time of maturity.
Franchisee Fee 1,50,000/- (Rupees 1 lac fifty thousand) only one time payable with 1st order(Non Refundable).
Infrastructure Minimum 500 sq. mtr. land (20 mtr. x 25 mtr.) on main road in the city with boundary wall & office.
Terms Minimum 15 years or more extendable with mutual consent.
Jurisdiction/area 5 Km. radius
Statutory requirement i) Shop establishment, ii) GST Registration iii) Insurance of ALDS containing plant & machinery/ Stock-in-trade/third party liability/public liability/cash transactions etc., other local, if any.
Rates Changed as per international market every month on the pattern of government oil companies.
Procurement Order three days advance on whatsapp and receive the material at ALDS.
Supply Dispense in the registered vehicles only
Maintenance of stock Stock for 3day’s supply subject to storage capacity of tank.
Responsibility Operations & maintenance of ALDS by staff duly trained by company. Annual maintenance of ALDS by approved installer and compliance of statutory requirement as per explosive rules from time to time.
Return on investment Margin

Rs. 6.00 per ltr
Publicity As per company policy mentioned at website.
Submission of report/returns Submit periodical reports/returns required by the company.
Surrender of association-ship 3 months’ notice in writing before completion of lease period
Arbitration clause In case, any dispute arises between the parties, it will be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by managing director of the company and jurisdiction will be Delhi only.
Miscellaneous provisions
  1. The acceptance or rejection of the application is at the sole discretion of the company.
  2. The company reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any/all clauses without any notice.
  3. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
  4. All terms and conditions have been framed in English language and translation options are for understanding purposes and facilitate the visitors only. In case any difference is found in translation, English version shall be final and binding.
  5. These are general terms and conditions; the contract/agreement executed between the parties after negotiations shall be final and have an overriding effect on these general terms and conditions.
  6. These terms and conditions may be changed, altered, modified depending upon the change in governing rules and regulations issued by the Government of India from time to time.
